Saksi is in pre-release testing before its Google Play release. There is no store listing yet, so there is no link to install it today. This page will link to Google Play as soon as the listing is live.
Saksi is not offered as a public download outside Google Play. Do not install a Saksi file from anywhere else.
Get launch updates
There is no sign-up list and no email form. The Updates page notes every pre-release build and will announce the Google Play release. Follow it in a feed reader to hear about it automatically.
Requirements
Android 8.0 or later
Phones with Android 8.0 up to Android 16. The current version was tested on an OPPO phone. There is no iPhone version.
Notification Access
One Android permission that you grant in settings. Saksi cannot save anything without it.
Some free space
Text takes little room. Saved photos and files are capped at 200 MB in total.
No account
No sign up and no sign in. Your history stays on your phone.
What to expect at first launch

Saksi opens on Finish Setup. Tap Open Notification Access and turn Saksi on.

Setup closes and the Timeline opens. It starts empty and fills as new notifications arrive.

If you want alerts, open Settings, Message alerts and tap Send test notification. If Android asks, allow notifications. If it says Android is blocking app notifications, allow them in your phone's Settings, Apps, Saksi, Notifications.

If your phone limits background apps, set Saksi's battery use to Unrestricted.
Saksi starts with the notifications still in your notification shade after setup. Anything you already dismissed cannot be saved.
8 languages
The app follows your phone's language, or you can pick one in Settings, Language & Appearance.
